FOOD WRITING
As a food writer and journalist, I have valued my time as the entertaining columnist for Bon Appetit (2000 to 2005); as food columnist for Cooking Light; as guest columnist for Gourmet, as featured blogger for the Huffington Post, and as a producer of stories for The New York Times among others. I have had the pleasure to write forewords and chapters for other people’s books, and loved my time as the creator and editor of Handwritten Recipes. While most of my writing is about food and dining culture, I write essays, poetry, and “morning pages,” some of which will make its way here in the near future.
