In 1987, the Rockefellers asked Baum + Whiteman to recreate the Rainbow Room which they owned and operated until 1999. As consulting chef, Gold created all the menus – including Cocktails & Little Meals, Evergreen (a spa program), Rainbow & Stars, and more! 3-star review, New York Times.
